We invite you to contribute to Positio-magazine.eu, an international online publication and leading news magazine for readers who are interested in location data driven innovations in business and public sector. The magazine contributes to the debate on the societal relevance of location data and innovation. We welcome articles that are accessible, concrete and useful to society, for example related to the built environment, bio-economy, mobility and transport, or people’s well-being. Contributions may address the issue from different user perspectives and may be related, for example, to the following themes:
- Novel data sources and data gathering methods for research
- Using AI methods and/or HPC to analyse vast quantities of spatial data
- UAV applications in various domains
- Use of GIS methods in citizen engagement
- Understanding the daily dynamics of urban environments
- Adapting to climate change effects with remote sensing
- Navigating, tracking assets, and managing facilities with indoor positioning
